Our Process
Our team will work closely with your client to understand their expectations for their closets while staying within the budget you’ve set. This can be done through an in-home visit or by reviewing plans.
Next, we will create custom designs and schedule a 3D screen share, allowing the client to virtually explore their new spaces. Any desired adjustments will be made, and if needed, a second screen share can be arranged.
Once the designs are finalized, a deposit will be required. If immediate product ordering is necessary (30-45 day turnaround), 75% of the total invoice is due, upon installation, the balance of 25% is due.
For future installations, a 25% deposit is required upon approval of designs. After trim installation, our team will schedule a field measurement, and at that point, an additional 50% deposit will be due before placing the order, and again, the balance of 25% will be due.
From the order date, the product will be delivered to the designated room within 30 to 40 days. Installation will begin within two business days and typically be completed within one to two days. All work areas will be left clean and ready for use.
